Unqueue offers a platform that combines the convenience of curbside, in-store, and delivery orders, aiming to reduce waiting times significantly. With a variety of trusted stores available, patrons in Trinidad and Tobago can expedite their shopping trips for a range of products including food, hardware, gardening supplies, office necessities, groceries, home goods, and more. Notably, Unqueue does not address issues related to bank queues.

Customers have the freedom to choose their preferred method of receiving purchases after setting up a shopper account and adding desired items to their cart.

Unqueue operates with a service fee policy that exempts customers from additional charges on their orders.

Payment options are flexible, allowing users to pay in cash or card upon pickup or delivery. An alternative option includes making in-app payments using credit or debit cards for quicker transactions.

Deliveries and order readiness notifications ensure customers are well-informed, with real-time updates on the status of their purchases and store preparations.

Each order generates a digital pickup tag with a unique order number for seamless collection at the shop’s premises.

Customers receive guidance on reaching the store locations or notifying drivers for fast and efficient deliveries without requiring direct communication.
